5 Day Hoedspruit Experience

Arrive at the safari capital of South Africa :

HoedspruitTransfer from Eastgate/ OR Tambo international airport.
2:00pm/3:00pm : Check in to Hoedspruits brand new Radisson
safari hotel, offering stunning views of the surrounding wilderness and facilities to all their guests. The hotel offers its very own private spa, swimming pools and restaurants to indulge in after a day of excitement. The safari excitement is about to begin with your very first safari in Big5 beginning at 4pm, All guests are encouraged to wear neutral coloured clothing and to pack safari basics like binoculars, cameras and mosquito spray from the drive.
4:00pm : Embark on your Sunset Game Drive in one of Hoedspruits private game reserve to see the Big5. One of our experienced MyAfrica safari guides will collect all guests from the reception of the hotel at 4pm, and whisk you away for an afternoon of wilderness pleasure. As the sun begins to set, enjoy a chilled beverage and snacks in a selected spot that provides the perfect views or surroundings to climb off the vehicle and stretch your legs. Our guides provide a wealth of knowledge and plenty stories to share with our guests.
7:00pm : After your game drive, all guests will be returned to the hotel where you can enjoy a delicious meal with the chefs of the hotel.

7:30AM: HALF DAY PANORAMIC TOUR
A day filled with exploring the largest green canyon and what it offers. Your guide will provide a wonderful insight to the area. Enjoy the leisure drive in a closed, airconditioned vehicle with an expereince guide who will provide a wealth of knowledge on the area and fill the morning with spectacular views

2:00pm: Return to the hotel
CHECK OUT AT 3PM: Complete check out process at the hotel
COLLECTION FROM THE HOTEL at 3:30pm : A MyAfrica guide will
collect you from the hotel and take you to our Olifants Trails camp. Experience the magic of the African wilderness with MyAfricas overnight trails camp along the majestic Olifants River in Greater Kruger.
Immerse yourself in the untamed beauty of the bush, where your private chef crafts traditional South African meals and your private guide leads
your adventures.
Your experience will include :

• Afternoon Safari
• Sunset bush dinner around the fire
• Sunrise Bushwalk or drive ( Guests may choose )
• Sunrise breakfast along the river

Begin the day in Africa on Foot

5:30am : Wake up call and prepare to leave for the morning Bush walk or safari. Tea and coffee with be served before your departure. Our bushwalks are conducted by a licensed and qualified guide who will walk with you along the mighty Olifants river, encounters with wildlife are monitored and guided expertly while ensuring our guests explore and discover their surroundings. Its an experience we highly recommend and one that is always appreciated by all guests who have participated.
8:30am : Return to camp to please your appetite with a full English spread along with muesli and yoghurt served with fresh fruit juice and Hot beverages.
10:00am : Depart from camp and return back to the hotel

Guests may enjoy the hotel facilities for the afternoon or explore the Hoedspruit town for some shopping.

Kruger National Park

5:30am : Embark on a full day filled with adventure with our guided safari in the renowned Kruger National Park! Our safaris are led by experienced guides who will take you off the beaten track to uncover the park’s hidden
gems. Whether you’re seeking the Big Five : Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Buffalo, or hoping to spot rare and elusive species, our guides will use their knowledge and expertise to help you get the most out of your safari experience.
During your Kruger National Park safari, you’ll travel in a comfortable and specially designed 4×4 safari vehicle, equipped with everything you need for a safe and enjoyable journey. Our guides will also provide you with
fascinating insights into the park’s ecology, history, and culture, giving you a deeper understanding of this unique and remarkable ecosystem.

Please note: Entry fees into Kruger is not included and will
be payable on arrival at the park entry.

4:00pm : At the end of the day, you’ll return to your comfortable accommodation, where you can relax and recharge before enjoying dinner at the hotel

Walk with the Elephants of Herd

6:00am : Your transfer will be waiting at the hotel reception to take you on a once in a lifetime experience at The Jabulani elephant Sanctuary.

The story behind these elephants is one that will stay with you for years to come. Introducing you to the herd is 3 incredible care takers who have worked with the elephants since they arrived at the sanctuary and have a wealth of knowledge to share with you. All guests will have the opportunity to feed and interact with elephants in a controlled environment.

Please wear closed shoes and a sun hut and do not wear white as it will get dirty.
9:00am : Guests will be returned to the hotel after the expereince and can enjoy a wonderful breakfast spread provided by the hotel.

11:00am: Complete check out process at the hotel after breakfast. Your transfer will return you to the designated airport from which you take your departure flight from.
